Explore the Unknown
Explore the Unknown
Santa Obscura was built upon the hopes of the outcasts, the others, the philosophers and dreamers. A passionate drive to achieve what others thought was impossible—that is what to expect from an SOU graduate. Our university values the unconventional approach and seeks those who are bold enough to pursue the difficult answers. Curiosity is rewarded in our open-thought courses, Socratic-style discussions, and deep-dive seminars hosted by our extraordinary faculty. This provides our students with the opportunity to engage with concepts on a greater level of understanding, and to gain a more profound appreciation in the process.
Award Winning
Santa Obscura has received numerous awards, including being listed in the Top 30 Liberal Arts institutions in the country.
We Cater to the Best
More than 90% of our admissions are in the top 10% of their graduating high school class.
